Volvo does not abandon the large luxury sedan segment with the disappearance of the S80, but raises the even more ambitious, it’s S90 that will be unveiled at Detroit (11 to 24 January 2016) and that is brought forward by two teaser “obscure” as always. The lateral and the rear of the Volvo S90 have been unveiled to coincide with the announcement that the new flagship of Swedish will be designed using technology developed by Microsoft and the use of 3D glasses HoloLens. In particular, the new 3D display system and Microsoft will serve future customers to configure a virtual cars to order. The task will be that of the S90 to compete with the “big names” of some categories, it’s Audi A6, BMW 5 Series, Mercedes E-Class, and Jaguar XF.
